Ingredients

  • 2-3 oz. of PowKakes Chocolate Chip Protein Pancake & Waffle mix

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil, melted

  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F

  • Mix together the pancake mix and all the ingredients in a bowl

  • Portion out 10 equal-sized cookies on a greased baking sheet (about 1-2 tbsp. of batter per cookie)

  • Bake the cookies in the oven for 8 minutes and you’re good to go!
