Ingredients

  • 1 cup of PowKakes Chocolate Chip Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix

  • 1/4 cup of cocoa powder

  • 1/2 cup of milk (any kind: dairy, almond, oat, etc.)

  • 2-3 tbsp of maple syrup or honey (for sweetness)

  • 1-2 tbsp of melted butter or oil (for extra fudginess)

  • *Optional: 1 large egg (recommended)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Lightly grease or line an 8×8‑inch square pan.

  • In a bowl, whisk together the Chocolate Chip Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix with the cocoa powder

  • Add your cup of milk and your large egg

  • Mix in the sweetener and melted butter/oil until smooth

  • Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly

  • Bake for 14–18 minutes, depending on your oven

  • The bars should be set on top, but still soft in the center

  • Cool for 10 minutes, then slice the Protein Brownie Bars into squares
