Thanksgiving morning just got a whole lot cozier. We took fresh apple cider, reduced it down to pure concentrated fall magic, and folded it into your favorite Powkakes. The result? Pancakes that taste like a crisp November morning at the orchard, complete with cinnamon-kissed edges and that sweet-tart apple flavor that makes you want to rake leaves while wearing flannel. Drizzle with apple butter or caramel sauce and suddenly you're the breakfast hero. Leaves may spontaneously start falling around your table. 🍂

Ingredients

  • 1 cup PowKakes mix

  • 3/4 cup apple cider (reduced to 1/2 cup)

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup finely diced apple (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Simmer apple cider in a small pan until reduced to 1/2 cup, let cool

  • Mix PowKakes with cinnamon

  • Add reduced cider and water, stir to combine

  • Fold in diced apples if using

  • Cook as directed

  • Serve with apple butter or caramel sauce
