Ingredients
Dough
2 cups PowKakes Blueberry Pancake & Waffle Mix
3/4 - 1 cup milk
2 tbsp melted butter
Filling
3 tbsp melted butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup blueberry preserves
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish
In a mixing bowl, combine PowKakes mix, milk, and melted butter until a soft dough forms
Place dough onto parchment paper and gently shape into a rectangle
Brush melted butter across the dough
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over the surface
Spoon blueberry preserves over the cinnamon sugar layer and gently spread
Carefully roll the dough into a log shape
Slice into 8 rolls and place into prepared baking dish
Bake for 22–25 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through
Whisk glaze ingredients together and drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls before serving
